These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of this website (www.valveblox.com), the ValveBlox games published by Peach Jaguar Inc on Roblox, and The Actual News apps for iOS and Android (together, the "Services"). The Services are provided by Peach Jaguar Inc ("Peach Jaguar", "we", "us"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Other terms that apply

ValveBlox games are played on Roblox and are also subject to the Roblox Terms of Use. The Actual News apps are downloaded through the Apple App Store or Google Play and are also subject to those stores' terms. If these Terms conflict with a store's mandatory terms for apps it distributes, the store's terms control to the extent of the conflict.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. Give accurate information and keep it up to date.

Subscriptions and payments

• Subscriptions to The Actual News are purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play and are billed by Apple or Google.
• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends (or as otherwise required by the store).
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their refund policies.
• In-game purchases in ValveBlox games are made through Roblox and are subject to Roblox's terms.
• Prices and features may change; we will give any notice the stores require before a price change affects you.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Break the law or violate others' rights while using the Services;
• Exploit bugs, cheat, use bots, or interfere with other players' experience;
• Attempt to access systems, accounts, or data you are not authorized to access;
• Reverse engineer, scrape, copy, or redistribute the Services or their content except as the law permits; or
• Harass, threaten, or abuse others.

We may suspend or end access to the Services for violations of these Terms.

Intellectual property

The Services, including the ValveBlox and The Actual News names, game designs, code, artwork, text, and logos, are owned by Peach Jaguar Inc or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes in line with these Terms. News content may belong to its authors or other rights holders and is shown for your personal reading only. Roblox and its marks belong to Roblox Corporation; Apple, App Store, Google, and Google Play belong to their owners.

Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that game progress will never be lost. News content is for general information and is not professional, legal, financial, or medical advice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Peach Jaguar Inc and its officers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the Services in the 12 months before the claim or 50 US dollars. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, and you consent to their jurisdiction, except where the law of your place of residence requires otherwise.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date above. Continuing to use the Services after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
