This Privacy Policy explains how Peach Jaguar Inc ("Peach Jaguar", "we", "us") handles information in connection with this website (www.valveblox.com), the ValveBlox games we publish on Roblox, and The Actual News apps for iOS and Android (together, the "Services").

Information we collect

The Actual News apps. When you use The Actual News, we collect only:

• Your account email address, used to create and secure your account and to contact you about it;
• Your app preferences (for example, settings you choose in the app); and
• Purchase receipts and subscription entitlement status provided by the Apple App Store or Google Play, used to confirm whether you have an active subscription.

ValveBlox games on Roblox. Player accounts are created and run by Roblox. We store only in-game progress (such as coins, upgrades, and unlocks) keyed to your Roblox user ID so your progress is saved between sessions. We do not receive your Roblox password, email address, or payment details.

This website. The website does not use advertising or tracking cookies and does not ask you to create an account. Like most websites, our hosting provider may process standard technical information (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) in server logs to deliver and secure the site.

Payments and subscriptions

Subscriptions to The Actual News are sold through Apple App Store or Google Play billing. Apple or Google processes your payment, and Peach Jaguar never sees or stores your card number. We receive only the receipt and entitlement information needed to unlock your subscription. In-game purchases in ValveBlox games are processed by Roblox.

How we use information

• To provide, maintain, and secure the Services;
• To confirm subscriptions and restore purchases;
• To save game progress;
• To respond to your requests and communicate with you about your account; and
• To comply with legal obligations.

Advertising

The Services contain no ads. We do not use advertising identifiers, ad networks, or cross-app or cross-site ad tracking.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. We share information only with service providers that help us operate the Services (such as hosting and app-store billing), when required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of our users and Peach Jaguar.

Roblox

ValveBlox games run on the Roblox platform. Roblox's own Privacy and Cookie Policy applies to your Roblox account and to how Roblox collects and uses information on its platform.

Children

For ValveBlox games, Roblox manages player accounts, including accounts of players under 13, and applies its own protections for younger users; please see Roblox's privacy policy. The Actual News apps are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through them. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us personal information through the apps, contact us and we will delete it.

Retention

We keep account information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Services. Purchase and entitlement records may be kept as long as needed for accounting, tax, and legal purposes. Game progress is kept while the game is offered or until you ask us to delete it. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it.

Your choices and deletion requests

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, including your app account and your saved game progress, by reaching us through our Contact page. We may need to verify your request. To cancel a subscription, use your Apple or Google account settings; deleting your app account does not by itself cancel a store subscription.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and limited access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date above and, for significant changes, provide notice through the Services where appropriate.
